Notice of intention to commence legal proceedings

Hi
I have received a notice of intention to commence legal proceedings from Zenith Collections, the parking charge details state the reason for the issue was M-vehicle causing an obstruction to other users.
I don't believe that my vehicle was causing an obstruction. They have offered to reduce the charge from £155 to £80, should I accept or challenge this? I am wary of incurring a big bill if it goes to court.
Thanks for all of the help, I have read the sticky but dont fully understand some of the terminology.
Regards
CB

No debt collector can take you to court.
