Bose Soundock

BARGAINHUNTER!
Bose have reduced the price of their soundock to £200 from £250. I really want to get one for my b/f for Christmas, and I am trying to work out the cheapest way of doing it. I was going to go through Quidco and purchase it from John Lewis, using a discount code I found to save £10 and also get cashback via quidco, but I noticed on Quidco that it said you wouldn't be able to get cashback if using discount codes. Bose are on Quidco and are offering 3% cashback, which would mean £6 back, but before I purchase, I just wondered if there was a cheaper deal out there somewhere.
Thanks!;)
Thanks!;)

I've got that, it's ace and only cost 20 quid! Sounds quite good really (not quite like my Denon system but good for it's size)
More expensive option (and way sexier looking) - 200 quid

The reason that the dock has been reduced is becuase a new model is out you can see it on the Bose website and they have it in Bose shop in Regent St. The new model will take any player not just an ipod and can run off a battery. Plus the central bit where you put the IPOD nw swivels so the dock doesnt look 'empty' when the Ipod isnt in it.
You could buy the older model from John Lewis using Quidco and a £10 discount voucher.0 -

Are you sure it takes any player? The website doesn't say that?
Works with any iPod® featuring a click wheel, including all nano, mini, photo and video models. Also plays music with iPhone™. (In the event of audio interference, set iPhone™ to Airplane mode.)Gone ... or have I?0 -

Sorry, I think this must be wrong as its clearly Ipods on the website as you say. I initially was given the info by Bose Uk before the dock had been launched - I rang up because the price of the original sounddock had gone down and I figured a new model was probably on the way0
