Hi, she is back at work. She was back at work about a week or so after as she was having treatment for it, she was still suffering from pain, but was able to return to work about a week after.

I was off 5 weeks due to injury, he admitted full libility after a few months months , prior to this I did not give permission to access my health history, they had report from Dr who I had to see for injury / claim purpose where I put my history,
I was not asked for any further info after that and was paid out for my injuries, however this may have been different if he did not admit libility and it had to go to court etc.
My work did not ask for me to claim back cost for them.
