ParkingEye Charge - advice would be appreciated

How do all,
Would greatly appreciate some advisement with this letter I've received.
Parked up on Accrington Aldi car park at 1:37pm, walked up the road to my dentist and had some veneers put on, returned to my car at 3:51 and !!!!!!ed off.
Apparently the car park is for 90 minute parking only. In my ignorance I thought it was 3 hours - might be thinking of Lidl to be fair.
They want me to pay £40 by this coming Wednesday.
The letter was actually sent to my parents' address, where I was living until March 2016. I changed my address with the DVLA but it's weird the letter was sent there anyway.
That aside, what do you reckon I should do?
Cheers for your time

Sounds like you only changed your driving licence address. You MUST also update the V5 address for the car, as you are the registered keeper. It does not update automatically from a change of address re a driving licence, and you run the risk of a real fine from the DVLA, so sort that out!
Re your question, I am only here briefly right now, can't help much due to a personal matter, but this cries out for:
One of your parents replies online to the PCN themselves, or you do it but in their name, LOLLOLOL (using the online appeal page and describing themselves as 'other' - clearly they are neither the keeper nor the driver) and say:
This letter has arrived and the registered keeper does not live here, so I suggest you send him/her a fresh PCN to xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx (new address) because I am sure he/she will wish to appeal this charge.
Then you wait to get your PCN which will arrive too late to be a POFA one, which gets you a ''golden ticket'' (our word for an easy one to win - see post #3 of the NEWBIES thread). You then win at POPLA.
Make sure NO-ONE talks about who was driving. This should be easy. It is better than you appealing now...honestly.
Please now URGENTLY EDIT YOUR FIRST POST to remove reference to who was driving/what happened.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
