Can someone help me please . Received the forms a few days ago i have acknowledged to defend for 28 days . not sure how to defend ?? . I have received one letter but just ignored it this was in April 16 the PCN was back in July 15 . The particulars of claim state for outstanding debt and damages original parking charge was from ZZPS and this is from CEL .What i remember was I was visiting family as my auntie had died the day before the machine wasn't working so i ran to get flowers from across the road was all of 5 min. Any help please

read post #2 of the NEWBIES sticky thread, find a CEL defence and adapt it to suit (no need to start from scratch , plenty of them on here)

only look at 2017 posts etc , nothing older

ZZPS are the vermin PPC's use to chase unpaid tickets.
ZZPS is not a parking company and ZZPS is totally powerless

can i just ask do i need to send CEL aletter asking for more info or do i just go on to putting my defence together within 28days ? also in the particulars of claim box states they will provide the defendant with separate detailed paeticulars within 14 days. so do i wait for this ??
