Indeed you are.

It has already been suggested that you need to remove any information in your posts that gives clues as to who the driver was.

I.e. phrases like "I parked my car" and "I didn't see the signs" should be replaced with "the driver parked the car" and "the driver didn't see the signs" respectively.
I'm not saying you used those phrases, they are just examples of the type of thing you need to alter.

Then you need to read the NEWBIES sticky thread - also suggested above.

Just a polite ask that you please put some paragraphs into posts you are typing for advice. It’s only the debt collector letters you’re posting that have paragraphs in them.

Regulars often won’t read large blocks of non-paragraphed text, so you’ll be missing out on possible experienced input.
