Dear All, I have received a PCN from ParkingEye as the registered Keeper of a vehicle which was parked at the Riverside retail park in Chelmsford. The Driver of the vehicle parked the car in the car park, went to costa for a good 30 minutes (it was very busy that day as it always is on a Saturday), then spent a good hour…

No, unfortunately I have not yet received a reply, I have heard that there is quite the back log at popla at the moment though and this could go on until January. In answer to your question, yes I uploaded evidence in the form of the golden ticket and I also uploaded a copy of the drivers receipts of what they purchased that day.
