Our 14 year old moggie has been prescribed CLOMICALM to try to relieve him of symptoms of separation anxiety (amongst other things...) - he has been diagnosed with dementure and we are concerned whether the drug will help him
He is physically fit as a fiddle
Any comments ?

    Update :
    It appears to be working
Within 1/2 hour of giving the cat 1/2 a 5mg tablet yesterday afternoon - he was asleep on the top of his favourite wardrobe and didn't wake up for 4 hours - he was a different cat last night - sleeping until 6am before waking us up for food !!
This was on half the recommended dose as well - and the effect was almost instantaneous
For anyone who is wondering why this was necessary - try living with a cat, that won't leave you alone for a minute - constantly wanting attention and food at 2 or 3 am EVERY morning - this starts to get too much after 8 years !!
