Hello all, My first day on Money Saving Expert and in need of some advice please
I received an email today from equifax saying that my credit report had changed, so i logged into check. To find that BW LEGAL , a Miscellaneous company, has made an inquiry against my credit report on 09/10/2017
Can someone help me as to who and what they are/want?

BW Legal acts for lots of the PPCs. But it does other stuff too.
They may be trying to establish your up to date address in readiness for issuing a claim. Or there may be a judgment against you that isn't yet overdue but they want to take steps to enforce against you.
I take it there's no CCJ registered against your name (yet) that you didn't know about? Have you kept your V5 address up to date when you've moved?
