It does not matter if the nhs said i have a pink lepracorn stuck up my butt does it????? They claim they have evidence am i entitled to see it?????????????0

Pennyforthem...you are really not doing yourself any favours.
There are people here who might be able to help you.....pmlindylou for one!
You need to answer the questions that you have been asked - this will help people to give you a clear answer.
Yu will also not get far with a reconsideration or a tribunal if you keep up with this attitude.
So, trying again to sort out your question...can you make things clearer by answering pmlindylou's questions - which are highly relevant!:
Can you tell us the exact wording they used as regards the 'NHS has said that I have no diagnosed medical problems'?
Did you send them medical evidence from consultants/doctors etc ?
(I know you said that they refused to look at evidence at your assessment. What evidence was this? From consultants/doctors/other medical professionals?

The letter giving you the decision should say on it what evidence they used.
You could ask your doctors (whoever you put on the form) if the DWP contacted them for more information. They don't usually.
Other than that, you already know what evidence they had because it's what you gave them, plus the medical assessment they did. You can ask for a copy of that report.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
Arh at last thank you, Ames !!!! Yes I am entitled to the evidence and all I have to do is ask ! Thank you it was not hard was it ???0

I didn't say that. I don't know whether you can ask the DWP which evidence they used. You can do a subject access request to get all the information they hold on you, but that might not answer your question.
I meant that you should ask your GP and any specialists whether or not they sent anything to the DWP.
Other than that you already know what evidence they had without asking them, because it's what you sent off with the form.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
Well the form was not remotely extensive only had this improved/stayed the same/worse which is why I can't work out how they came to this conclusion let alone why all the lies, must be trying to make me kill myself or get a doctor.0

If you appeal the decision, you will get the DWP evidence bundle together the reasoning of the DWP to not award you PIP (some 80+ pages).
Generally the evidence will be the HCP's assessment. You should be able request your PIP assessment report from the DWP when you have the decision notice.
Having answered your initial question, I am now going to tell you more about PIP and appealing a decision:
I take it from your posts attacking posters on here who are trying to help you, that you may have both cognitive and physical difficulties.
If so, I would have thought you should have scored some points. What points do you think should have been awarded?
Here are the PIP descriptors and points:

This is the PIP assessment guide:

This is very important -
This guide takes you through the appeal process:

This is why people have been asking you questions - no-one knew that you'd had a new style reassessment, as far as we all knew it was your very first assessment of your first claim.
You can only get correct answers if you give all the relevant information.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
