Accidentally drove over a kerb

Last night in a car park I stupidly failed to see a kerbed island (normal kerb height) and drove the front nearside wheel over it (slowly, less than 10mph).

It was like this but concrete between the kerbs. http://kwikkerb.org/images/carpark5l.jpg

Had a quick look afterwards and couldn't see any obvious damage.

Subsequently drove home via the motorway and the car seemed to handle and steer normally. Am I likely to have caused any significant damage?

Worst you're likely to have done (if nothing is visibly damaged) is knock the tracking out.

If you want to be 100% find a local garage to check it out for a few quid.

    Yes, I concur
have the tracking checked, if its out of alignment you will soon notice the tread on the front tyres wearing uneven

As above - tracking is the most likely damage. Is the steering wheel still "straight" when you're going in a straight line? If so, you're probably fine.

I'd keep an eye on the sidewall of the tyre for lumps appearing over time, too.
