I had about £9.?? in my A&L bank account, so thought all was fine until they sent me a letter saying i was £70 overdrawn I thought this was strange but quickly transferred £100 into it from another account thinking I'd check it later when i got the time, anyway I got another letter from them saying the same thing so i logged into my account the £100 hadnt gone in yet it was taken out of my other account and I DID have £9.07 in my account initially but 'under funding fees' from Feb to Sept have left me £125.84 in debt to them!!
!!!!!!? Im so annoyed how can they do this? I had money in my account, it was never over drawn or anything!

Just because you are offended, doesn't mean you are right

The answer lies in your account T&C's.
Failure to fund the account with the requisite £500 per month will result in a £5 per month underfunding fee. It's the application of these fees (en block) that has taken you into an overdrawn state, probably resulting in additional 'fees' being applied.0 -
If you dont take the time to read the terms of your account, expect to be charged for breaching them.0
