How long should this take?

Approximately how many days should it take a decorator to strip a 12x12 room of wallpaper on the walls and ceiling, put up lining paper on all walls and ceiling and then paint everything?

A day to strip and prepare the walls, a day to paint woodwork and line. A day to paint a second coat. Is he doing the ceiling too?

Our guys did 4 rooms in 2 weeks between 2 of them, so 1 week of man time per room, but they did ceilings and the rooms are a lot bigger, plus they worked at a leisurely pace on a fixed price.
