want to change the speeling from hamauon khan to humayon khan

my brother in law went to Uk three years ago and now he is looking to itizenship but the issue he is facing at this moment is with his name spellings., its actually are
Hamauon Khan but was wrong spelled in passport as Humayon khan. now he is having very difficult time as no one is willing to change the spelling.
neither Pakistan nor UK.
can anyone suggest whom should be contacted?

if he has a Pakistan passport he needs to contact the Pakistan passport office to change it.

His nationionality certificate and U.K. Passport will only be issued in the name that is on the documents he supplies to them. E.g. His Pakistani passport. Names must be aligned.
