Childcare vouchers and working tax credits

Hi all,
Just a quick question. My fianc!e is planning on returning to work after being on maternity leave, we are a bit confused by our options and support with regards to childcare.
My employer offers childcare vouchers and we are wondering if we will still get help towards our nursery fees when claiming then. It’s all a bit confusing and we can’t seem to get a straight answer from anyone. Does anyone have any advice. Many thanks.

You won’t get double childcare help. https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/0 -
Through tax credits, you can claim childcare costs for any amounts not covered by childcare vouchers eg childcare is £500 per month and you receive £243 in vouchers, you can claim for the £257
Confirmed here - https://www.gov.uk/childcare-costs-for-tax-credits
You should also look into tax free childcare though to see which way you are better off. You can’t get this at the same time as tax credits.
