If you are already getting one of the benefits being replaced by Universal Credit, do you still need to apply for Universal Credit, or should you just wait for the annual re-assessment?

If you're already claiming one of the legacy benefits then you do not need to apply for UC, unless you have a change of circumstances that will require you to do so.0
