Change in signage between parking and PCN

Good morning. I have read the Newbies post and so hope that I didn't miss anything there that I should have seen before asking.
I have received a PCN this morning from Smart Parking. At the time I parked there was definitely no signage that I saw when entering the car park and none in the area of the car park that I parked in (there is an online photo of the area from last month showing this). However, I went back today to take some photos (to prove lack of signage) and since I last went there there are signs everywhere. It seems parking is free for 3 hours but only when you get a ticket. I stayed for half and hour on this occasion. However, given that I have received this one, I am fully expecting to receive multiple similar notices for subsequent visits to the same place over the last couple of weeks. Should I appeal but alter the wording to insufficient signage at the time[ given that you can't miss it now!
Thanks

just use the BLUE TEXT appeal "as is" , no alterations
keep your thoughts for POPLA if they fail to cancel
then read the BPA CoP and see what it says about signage (especially new signage and warnings etc) , because this is one of your main appeal points for POPLA
do exactly the same for each and every pcn you receive for this site
ie:- appeal each one in the same way0 -
Get some ‘screen grabs’ of that now, especially if it is showing the date.At the time I parked there was definitely no signage that I saw when entering the car park and none in the area of the car park that I parked in (there is an online photo of the area from last month showing this). Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
