Switching from BG collective fix to Avro

  • mine is in so much credit because when they did the half year review on DD their forecast on my spend per month went from £74 to £105, when questioned they said it was as I was in arrears, plainly I wasn't and could demonstrate it too, then they said it was so that I wouldn't be in arrears by the end of the next cycle. The problem with that argument is that it assumed I would stay with them beyond the Collective Fix and stump up for their Standard Variable between October and the next review which would be January. I checked today and BG do not have any of my usage or balance info available on my on-line account, kudos again to Bobblehat for the heads up on screen shots, I have all the evidence I need should there be a dispute :D

;) I'd love to take the credit for the screen shot suggestion, but I spotted it on another thread (can't remember which one) .... so some other MSE forum member deserves the credit. I did click thanks when I read it :j

I have just switched from BG to avro and BG took another direct debit payment after the switch date leaving me massively in credit with them so i wasnt going to wait for them to refund it,i rang them and asked for a refund straight away and they have refunded it back to my bank account.
