Hi,
Back in January I ordered a deal from Fabletics for 20 pounds, since then they have take 44 pounds from my account every month (which seemingly ties in with the VIP membership) however I am shocked they can just take money like this and I am frustrated with myself and the company. Paypal are useless and say it was an authorised payment, but obviously it was some tiny box you had to click etc.
Anyone had a similar experience and if so, did you get your money back? I have started a claim with my bank here in Denmark and possible thoughts of the Small Claims court in the UK. Anyway, any advice or thoughts much appreciated

You signed up to this!
If you don't shop or 'Skip the Month' by the 5th, your credit card will be charged £44 on the 6th until you cancel. That charge can be used as a credit to spend or save.
You can cancel your VIP Membership at any time by calling our Member Services Team on 020 36953 831.

Small claims court? What would you say, that it’s not your fault you couldn’t read the clearly advertised subscription costs?

This is just a case of ‘blame everyone else’, you made a mistake - sometimes it’s just best to learn from it and move on.

You'll have signed up for it, even if you didn't mean to.

Contact them and the money will be sitting in an account with JustFab, for you to spend. They'll probably just refund it to you if you explain things to them and cancel.

Your bank will probably fail with the chargeback as there's a valid agreement in place which you signed up to.

yes! I had the same issue and they have refunded me everything after I contacted the Retail ADR UK. You can google them and make a complaint on their website.
They will act on your behalf and Fabletics have given me a full refund.
What the company is doing is unlawful and they should refund you.

Hi I tried to raise a complaint with Retail ADR Uk and it says that they cannot help because JustFab is a retaiker that refuses to co operate with them. Any ideas how I can make a complaint?
