Hi I’m in a similar situation with applying for a spouse visa to have my husband here could i ask how you got on with this situation? I’m looking for help to this question can i claim ESA and C.A. without it awarding me a carers premium i need to be receiving Carers Allowance to apply for visa. Could you help? Thanks Yvonne0
