    But can anyone tell me which charging unit is best to get for the remote controls...or are rechargeable batteries the best option ?

    I remember someone saying its best to use rechargeables Kate. Some of them chargers are a bit hit n miss. This is what we are going to do.

    I'd hold off buying Wii remote chargers untill the new year. You should find that manufacturers make a version that takes remotes with the new protection jackets still on, rather than having to peel them back.

    I am not sure if the chargers work with the jackets on either. get some high capacity NiMH batteries perhaps from 7dayshop or 2500+ or greater
  • I received 2 remotes this morning that i ordered from gamestation online on friday evening.Well chuffed as i was extremely lucky and won a wii in september thanks to mse comps
