Child Benefit not gone up

My daughter left college (level3) in August and has moved on to next level, our tax credits have been reduced and child benefit stopped.
We received £54.80 on Sept 5th and £54.80 on Oct 3rd for our 2nd child.
Should this have not gone up automatically, if so, on what date should it change?

If she's no longer in full time non advanced eduction then you won't be entitled to benefits for her. Child benefit gor your 2nd child should automatically go up, at least mine did.My daughter left college (level3) in August and has moved on to next level, our tax credits have been reduced and child benefit stopped.

Yes, I was aware our tax credits and child benefit for our daughter was stopped in September.
I was expecting our 2nd Childs child benefit to go up to about £80 though.
I've since spoken to the helpline and they have corrected it and will be backdating it.
Did your rate go up on 1st Week of September or 1st week of October?0 -
Mine changed last year and it was September.0
