If you're booked on an inbound-only Monarch flight between now and Sunday and have yet to fly out on another airline, the aviation regulator is now warning you CAN'T expect to be flown home for free....

How will the CAA know, when drawing up the flight list, who arrived before Monarch collapsed and who after?

Incidentally the same criteria applies to people resident overseas who booked an inbound only flight to the UK.

By definition, you can only be repatriated to where you are resident.
