My OH was the same- until he realised that we got half price Club fares by starting from AMS (which we can get to quicker from Southend than driving to Heathrow)0 -
I wouldn't be surprised if Manchester airport gets LEVEL flights to the US sometime.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

that still doesnt mean anything to most people.
what is the difference between Q and N
Q class MANLHRLAS return = £258 / N class £408.00 everyday.
Q class LHRLAS return = £610.00 midweek fare / £670 weekend fare
N class LHRLAS return = £670 midweek / £730 weekend
Plus advance purchase difference (how far in advance you can buy that fare) from MAN its 7 days LHR 14days in both cases.
All fares have a minimum stay of Sunday, so if you travel out on a Monday to Saturday you have to return on the next Sunday or later.

i.e Goa to Delhi to Helsinki to London to Edinburgh.
At the time had enough Avios for EDI to GOA with Qatar in business class to sweeten the deal but only enough miles for that horrific routing back in Economy.
We are possibly doing similar next Easter. Got enough Avios for OW F to India. We may need to hitch hike back :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0
