    It’s important with an appeal that majors on grace periods we get to understand how the assessor has made the decision to uphold the appeal.

    Good to know the detail. This assessor has got this right, unlike a recent one who determined that 7 minutes (in total) was too much of a grace period for the particular car park - and turned down the appeal.
