PPI Help

Good afternoon all,
After years of convincing myself that I have never been (mis)sold PPI I thought I would check. I've been using the MSE guide and I'm finding myself confused.
I tend to keep old paperwork filed away and so I've been going through it recently. Credit cards all seem fine, I've only ever had 0% interest ones that I only keep for the duration of the 0% (card tarter, that's me).
But a few things I did come across but I'm unsure if they fall into the PPI category these are:
Do any of these fall into a category of claiming for mis-sold PPI?
Thanks.

But a few things I did come across but I'm unsure if they fall into the PPI category these are:
- Vehicle Protection Insurance (that was included when I bought a new car)
- Income Protection
- Critical Illness Cover
Do any of these fall into a category of claiming for mis-sold PPI?
Thanks.

No. None of those are PPI.
They are policies to protect your car (in some form or other), your income and for when you suffer a critical illness.0 -
Fair enough.
Thanks for the quick reply!0
