Topcashback cashback for Car Insurance

I bought some car insurance through top cashback and it registered on my
Topcashback account that I had bought insurance.

The cashback was supposed to be £55 but it is tracking at £0.01. Is this normal? I have started a missing cashback claim anyway. £0.01 outstanding and not paid it says.

Yes, that can happen, it usually get up lifted later when you're past the cancellation period. Important thing is that its tracked. Insurance can be some of the slowest to pay out, can take 6 months plus.

ah ok. They signed me up for automatic membership as well, I guess its worth keeping that as I may use this site again if they pay out.
