                    HI
Looking for a few days away (3 or 4) end of October. I have never been to Nortumberland. I was looking for somewhere with plenty of places of interest/shops/restaruants close with a hot tub? Any recommendations?
Thanks

Look at booking 30/10/17 as this isn't half term, cheaper and quieterLife is like a bath, the longer you are in it the more wrinkly you become.0 -
I'm can't advise on places with hot tubs, sorry, but Northumberland is beautiful!
Alnwick and Hexham are great market towns with lots going on and they are close to some amazing places such as the Northumberland coast in the case of Alnwick, and Hadrian's Wall and various Roman sites in the case of Hexham. The countryside around both towns is stunning too.
Bamburgh is smaller but still has plenty of pubs and cafes as well as an incredible stretch of beach and the stunning Bamburgh Castle. It's a good jumping off point for other places in Northumberland too, especially the Farne Islands. Craster is also nearby and is world famous for it's smoked kippers if you like that sort of thing ;-)
Hope that helps a bit, happy to answer questions if you have any.0 -
