Dreams - Total Inflexible Refund/Cancellation Policy!!
Comments
-
well Dreams did try and redeem themselves by lowering the cancellation fee to £50 which we were delighted with. But then the made matters a whole lot worse!!!
After having it confirmed via email that it had been cancelled and only a £50 charge would be levied they delivered the furniture on friday!!! Totally there fault and lots of hassle now. They are picking it up tomorrow and a refund should be swift so they say. Unfortunately my bros mate who is staying with him signed as my brother told him he was expecting a parcel. God knows what planet his mate was on as surely anyone would see the difference between a parcel and a wardrobe, bed, chest of drawers and a bedside table
They have now offered to refund the £50 fee as well due to their balls up, but at the moment i believe it when i see it!!!!
I will let you know when the money has been refunded.0
