Planning permission advice

Hi
I moved onto a corner plot. The rear garden (which is at the side of the house) already has a 1.6m fence that has storm damage(blue line). I would like to repair and move the fence further back, still on my land (red line). Would this still require planning permission ?i67.tinypic.com/2rqhkba.jpg

It doesn't look near enough to the highway to require any formal approval.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Hi,
Thanks for replying. Is there a threshold in terms of that distance?0 -

Yeah, I looked at that. I don't think the distance is anywhere near 20 metres...0
