Hi all,
A driver received a notice to keeper letter from Excel Parking in the drivers local shopping center.
The driver has the ticket and was in the time limit, however The driver entered 3 characters wrong in his or her registration. Can't figure how Thy managed to do it as They park there all the time and have other tickets. So They have actually paid for the parking, which if they check CCTV will see them go and buy a ticket. Just obviously the wrong registration entered, can you please advise a way out of this as £100 is a lot of money

Remove any hint as to the drivers identity. They’re called the driver. Nothing more.

Your first and biggest mistake.
I entered wrong registration.
No you did not, you entered the correct registration, their faulty equipment made an error.
Now stick with it.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
they dont use CCTV , so no chance of that happening0

Excel are International Parking Community(IPC) not British Parking Association (BPA) members. As nosferatu1001 stated please read NEWBIE thread as what to do with IPC members at first stage appeal.
For an idea if they will take you to court look here->

And look for Excel0 -
Didn't the keeper receive the Notice to Keeper letter?
OP, think carefully about what you are writing.0
