Is it hard to relinquish a social services appointeeship

If they don't think you can't manage your money and you have a psychology saying capacity fluctuates plus their being a risk to self if money paid back to them because of fear of leaving country and being unmedicated and psychosis returning with harm to self?
DWP won't listen to person because appointee being the county council and them being trusted company the DWP hands are tried and every time this person goes down the job centre they show them the door (while being nice) It says on their computer not to talk to person and go through appointee.
Is there anyway this person can have appointee relinquished without them going down court of protection. If this person pushes will they eventually listen and pay money back to this person?

No, David, they're not going to let you manage your own affairs. As has been said many times on your threads you need to be medication compliant and work with your medical team to try and improve your health.
The various kinds of help and support you get cost the council a lot of money. They aren't spending that just to be mean to you, it's because they're genuinely trying to help you. It's hard to accept you need help, but you do.
I'm pleased to hear that the DWP are being so conscientous and working in your best interests.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
