I don't need to wait - the bird is already there! I just work through them quite quickly. If there's not a bird on the tab when I get to it, I close it. If there is a bird, I click on it so the golden box appears that the bird flies into but I don't wait to see what the prize is. I go back and do that (plus retweet for my extra 5 entries) once I've clicked through them all!

Press Ctrl and left click on the link you want to open and it should open in a new tab. HTH.

If you are using Chrome and want to open multiple tabs at once, there is an add-on called snap links lite that allows you to open a lot in one go. It is a lot quicker

Sadly, my laptop will have a meltdown if I try to open more than a dozen tabs at once.
