Hello,
Just heard that my brother in low who lives in Germany received a fine due to driving through East Rochester Way- A2 at the end of July 2017. The (EPC) have attached a couple of photos of the vehicle with a clear image of the number plate (a rented vehicle) with a demand for paying 600 euros in a well written letter in German! I wonder how lawful this is and if anyone has experienced something similar? Tried to find information on the low emission charges on the road however not a lot can be found. Can you advise? Cheers
