Starting work mid tax year...

Hi All,
I have recently relocated back to the UK after 10 years on living/working abroad...
I started my new job 1 September and was shocked to see on my paycheck that I haven't paid any tax, after doing some research I now see that I can earn a set amount taking my 'personal allowance' into account, which is great, but...
I'm hoping to get a proper overview of what my income will be now until next April when my salary will be fixed (start of tax year so I assume personal allowances will be balanced for a stable income for the coming 12 months) in order to budget wisely, is there any kind of online calculator to help me do this, or would someone be kind enough to help if I were to provide some more detail?
Thanks in advance!
Andy

Can't help thinking you'd be better served spending some time getting to grips with the basics.
Hopefully you've got a long way still to walk. Don't scramble for a crutch right from step one.0 -
Thanks for your replies! I've used the calculator in the past to work out the 'basic salary' before taking the job, I was just wondering if there was any way to work out how the months up until April will look in order to forecast, I can have a good guess at it, but not knowing the system doesn't make me too confident in my guesstimates!0

Your query would be better in the cutting tax section.0
