Hi all,
The Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims came into force on October 1 2017.
Should I be paying more attention to this than the Practice Direction - Pre-Action Conduct and Protocols when it comes to a Letter Before Claim from Gladstones for a PCN?
I am arguing that Gladstone's are not complying with the Practice Direction but I'm just unclear about the relationship between these two Pre-Action codes.
Can anyone help?
Many thanks!

read the 1 October one - it says that parts of the original one still apply. So actually you need to focus on both. I helped with a reply to a LBC on this last week if you search my recent posts.Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users.
