I am having the same problem. Got the Kitesurfing voucher I asked for but now there is no response at all from Extreme Lives. The whole offer seems like a complete waste of time. :mad:0

I did get through to the Spa in London that I got the back massage voucher for, they said they weren't contacted by Nectar about this but of course they would honour my voucher. I went on Sunday and had a lovely 30 mins massage, got a few 25% off vouchers and a £10 gift voucher from them for next time or to give my friends. I was very impressed by the spa, not so impressed by Nectar handing out vouchers for businesses without telling them.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

I got a voucher to go kitesurfing. This has to be booked by the end of February. I've now phoned the number given on the voucher twice where I just get an answerphone. I've left messages twice, and e-mailed the company concerned as suggested on the answerphone, but have heard nothing in response after several days. Has anyone actually had any luck in booking their "treat"?
Edit: Just tried the phone number again. I was forwarded to someone's mobile number and was told that their mail box was full, goodbye. Are Nectar just wasting everyone's time?
I spoke to the Nectar treats guys (0844 822 4000) and they informed me that Extreme Lives has withdrawn from this offer. They are re-negotiating with another provider, and those who received the voucher via email should be getting contact info for the new provider sometime this month.0 -
I applied for a facial and got a voucher back for this but not at a salon anywhere near my house. Would have to catch 2 buses and spend alot of time just getting to the place and it sounded like it was someone's house rather than a bonafide salon-very dodgy!!!!0

I asked for a manicure/pedicure & got a back massage which is no good to me at all as I have back problems caused by RSD which means it is very very painful when someone touches my back!If at first you don't succeed try, try, try again.

I selected the kite surfing treat and had the same problem, 0870 number forwarded onto a Virgin mobile voicemail box that was full. I thought it must be a money making scam. I followed Street machines advice and phoned the Nectar guys who advised me that details of the new treat provider would be mailed to me in the next seven days.
I was also worried about having to book it before the 29th of Feb as that is tomorrow but the guy on the phone said it was OK. As long as I had claimed the treat before then I could book it and use it before the end of August. I checked the terms on the treat and that was correct (although I think it may have been worded differently on the offer pages.).
It's a pity they didn't e-mail me when they knew about the problem as I have tried dialling the 0870 number several times. I am concerned as to how much I might have been charged for this.0 -
