    Already posted but thanks :D
  • Woops even did a search under sainsburys!!!!! oh well sorry for repeating
  • I'd be very interested to hear from anyone who has had their free treat. What did you choose? How was it? Was it entirely free?

I have been looking at the list for a while now and have been wondering what to choose. The problem is that each one is for the card holder only. Strikes me that paintballing/white water rafting/sphering/wakeboarding need a group of like minds (and a younger body than mine).
    Same with a day out.
I don't get excited by gyms/personal trainers nor do I need any bit of me massaged(!).
A manicure or pedicure is hardly worth the effort.

Eventually I thought a family portrait would be nice - but you get one 5" x 7" photo - again, is it worth the effort?

Have these treats just been chosen to get us to spend more eg by taking others along/buying insurance?
Or am I just hard to please?

I think not - a good book and a bottle of wine would be fine and dandy, thanks.
  • What a waste of time this was. I chose reflexology as my first choice and a facial as my second as I think I deserve it. There really was nothing else I fancied and living in Norethern Ireland, there wasn't much available on the experiences (as usual) that floated my boat.

Imagine.......they were unable to provide me either of my choices from the pamper section but they chose and alternative and hoped that I enjoy it just as much. A days out voucher! Great, in Northern Ireland I can choose from a day at a spade mill, or maybe a day with the wildfowl. And it was only for me....I would have to pay for the rest of the family to go with me. What a con.

I would be interested to see if anbody got what they asked for, especially if they live in Northern Ireland.
  • No this is a big con - I asked for a manicure or pedicure, I got a pass to a gym thirty miles away!
  • i ordered mine when it first appeared on here weeks ago and haven't receved it yet i telephones and they said they would send by post anyone else had this problem?

I asked for a massage for my first choice and reflexology for the second; I received a free day out voucher instead! Of course having spoken to friends it does appear that a free day out is quite standard. I'm guessing it's quite a good marketing ploy, are you going to really go on your own? I think not so sponsors of this promotion are still receiving revenue for entrance fees, souvenirs and food etc..! Still it's a free ticket I guess!!!
