Hi,
Apologies if this is in the wrong place, but I wanted to firstly get it off my chest and also post a bit of a warning!
I'm not normally one for cashback sites or discounted gift cards, and it's likely I've always been right to avoid it. However...
Having seen a cashback offer on the Argos website from a company I've never heard of called Complete Savings, I decided to take the plunge. MISTAKE.
All seemed to go OK initially, so I thought I'd take the plunge and purchase some Argos gift cards to use on the 3 for 2 toys. Being a cautious chap I just went for £20 to begin with, just in case.
However, the first transaction having gone fine and the e-cards having been delivered in seconds. I thought I'd get some more...
What a disaster, having spent £80 on more cards (transaction shows on CC account) Complete Savings and SVM who issue the cards are insisting they have been emailed even though they have not been received and are now denying all knowledge of them....
It seems my only recourse is to contact my CC company, (who take ages to answer the phone) or the police...
So there we go, be warned..... Any ideas?:mad::mad:

What do you mean they are denying all knowledge of them?

How do they "deliver" the e-cards? If they are sent by e-mail have you checked your SPAM box. I know you said first one was delivered in seconds but it does sometimes happen that subsequent e-mail will end up in Spam.0
