Citi Bank PPI Reclaim

I’m using MSE PPI reclaim tool, the bank I’m looking for is Citi bank, however it is not present on the bank drop down list. Is there a particular reason Citi bank is not listed.

Just send your complaint directly, rather than going through a third party.
  • It seems odd though MSE has not listed Citi bank when all other major financial organisations are listed.

Not really, the system relies on human input, sometimes things are overlooked.

What is odd is people not going direct to the lender. It's really not a good idea to be giving your details to random websites.

You can apparently contact Resolver and ask them to add any institution which is currently absent. However, why involve any third party at all? Resolver is simply an E-Mail template, it doesn't improve the chances of making a successful complaint and there are reported instances on the forum of banks not actually receiving the complaint E-Mail.
