Claiming PPI on 3 loan polices and 1 credit card will they all be paid together

Hello, I have had a nightmare trying to claim back PPI from HSBC. I went into branch and was given 4 ppi policy numbers (3 loans and 1 credit card) and so I used these to claim. Nearly 6 months after I contacted them today and was advised that an offer of 900 had been issued and I should receive a letter next week. The adviser said this was for the credit card policy but my question is wouldn't they have worked all of them out together? I'm wondering whether reading between the lines fbis means that my loan claims haven't been upheld but my credit card has? Has anyone ever received separate offers for loans and a credit card? Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance
