Corporate or personal private health cover

I am in the fortunate position to have my own small company (myself and partner). We have had BUPA health insurance for several years now and have never claimed. It has occurred to me that if we do make a claim (say something serious and expensive) and being a company scheme, then next year BUPA may hike the premiums massively. I have the option to move onto personal cover by winding to company up, which I will do at some point but would prefer not to at the moment.

So my question is, do private health cover companies such as BUPA hike up the premiums massively if a large claim is made for company schemes, and do they do the same with personal schemes?
