Civil Enforcement Ltd county court letter
CYa
Hello one and all, NEWBIE alert, first post so please forgive any misstakes.
I have recently received a letter from the County Court Business Center re CEL who are chasing me for fine for over stay (2hrs) at a KFC car park. This happend over a year ago and i had all but forgoten about it.
I have had no correspondance with CEL but i drive a company car and my company have named me as the registered keeper.I want to disspute this with court but have no information as to what exactly CEL are claiming for!
Can anyone suggest a deffence letter i could use in reply to the County Court Form, i have seen a few examples in this forum but was worried that using one of these might be seen as non specific and plagerisum.
Any sugestions gratefully received.
