Father faces court after refusing to pay £60 fine handed to him when he accidentally entered a zero instead of letter O as he keyed in his registration to get free parking

    The circs are no different to many that come here after wrongly ignoring


    The real message from that article is you shouldn't just ignore any invoice you get - otherwise you could end up with a court claim to deal with!

    If there’s any headline at all, it is more likely to be ‘Smart Parking Finally Pursue a Claim to Court’! :)
