TSB online problem with Firefox

TSB seem to be having problems with their website in Firefox, leading to a blank (white) screen which means you can't logon to their internet banking.
It seems to work just fine in Chrome and Edge but for me, not in Firefox.
The solution if you must use Firefox is to click the shield icon to the left on the URL address bar, then click 'disable protection for this session.
TSB say they are "working on it".

the other way is to locate the direct link to the login screen by say using IE, then copy that webpage URL into your favorites in firefox.
this bypasses the 'faulty' TSB homepage
It does not work in pale moon either and this is how I access it.0 -
Eh... works fine for me.

Then the problem must be FFox 56 in Windows: I have FF56 in Win7 and have the white screen. Don't need to access it atm, hope I can tomorrow.
EDIT: I can access TSB account outside of Private Browsing. But I cannot access it using Private Browsing. Obviously I do not wish to do this. As I have only upgraded to FF56 today, and not accessed my account since yesterday, problem seems obvious: it's Private Browsing that is the obstacle.
I believe that TSB are in the process of leaving the Lloyds systems and moving to Sabadell. In addition, Sabadell are moving from Barcelona to another area of Spain, outside Catalonia, due to the Catalonia Independence problems.

I have asked a question in Firefox Help regarding the Private Browsing problem.I think this job really needs
a much bigger hammer.

Are you running some special add-ons for Firefox?
I don't see that shield on mine.
I see the SSL padlock icon, and there's no option to "disable protection". And you most certainly don't want to disable SSL.
Are you able to create a new Firefox profile and try with the new profile? This will not have any add-ons. Not sure how you get to the profile manager on Windows, but on Linux you can type:firefox -ProfileManager
in a terminal after you have closed Firefox.Goals

I've just tried out Private Browsing (never used that before) and was able to see the login page fine, and login and see my account all perfectly.
In Private Browsing, I can now see an extra thing when clicking on the SSL padlock: "Tracking Protection", but it also says "No tracking elements detected on this page".
So I'm not too sure it's the Private Browsing either.Goals

I would get out of TSB sharpish then!
It's registered office will probably have Scottish 'Independence problems' :rotfl:This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
