I'm not sure I'm posting this in the right place but here we are. I ordered a collar for my dog from Amazon marketplace, it turned up today but it's too small (my fault for underestimating how fat my dog is), I want to return it and order a bigger size.
My question is, do i contact Amazon or the seller directly to arrange a return?
