Webpage constantly refreshes.

Pc with windows 10 set to automatically update.
I'm using Chrome browser however it does same with IE browser.
When I view the Mail Online the page constantly refreshes every 1 or 2 seconds making it unreadable. :mad:
It only does it with this one webpage atm and with both browsers. IE being the worst.
This only started about a week ago. (not sure if anything updated)
Things I've tried below.
Removed Chrome and re installed it.
Reset Chrome settings.
Followed net instructions to turn off Automatic Tab Discarding.
Removed and re installed Flash.
Installed Auto refresh blocker extension.
Disabled AddBlocker
Removed every extension to see if one was causing the issue.
Run 2 virus checks, both clean.
Any Ideas ?

I think its due to all the constant updates they have to make because of all the lies they publish.
