DIY Oil Boiler Service

I have a Worcester HeatSlave 20/25 oil combi boiler. Maybe 15 years old.
Needs servicing. Had it serviced two years ago, no major issues (company used a flue gas analyser) and all they appeared to do was hoover it out and change the filter - perhaps 20 minutes work.
Am I mad to consider DIY servicing?
I've done some work on it before (on the plumbing / electric side) so doesn't especially phase me.
I know I can't analyse the gas to get efficiency stats. Was considering DIY / professional alternating every year.
