Hope Im in the right place now.Hi, further to my previous post(sorry I made a mess of posting) I have now heard back from the manager of the shopping centre who has said he has now spoken to parkwatch and had the charge cancelled.
I was just about to post the above letter but will hang on to it for the present. If anyone reads this, thank you for the guidance on the forum.
