UKCPS- Parking fine £100, 2nd letter

Hey, got a parking fine for parking without a permit, they haven't sent any proof. Anyways I ignored it and have passed the appeals procedured and they have sent another letter saying they will increase my £100 fine if I don't pay it within 14 days and could start court proceedings, I really do not want to pay this. What shall I do?

    Deal with it!

Everything you need to do/know is detailed in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post # 1. It’s not a magic wand to get rid of this, but it does tell you the correct way in which you should be handling things.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    It is not a fine.

What type of car park was it? Residential, workplace, railway station etcetera?

As above, get stuck into the NEWBIES thread.
